Giovanni is the owner of the Brutus Casino in New Rocks. He made a deal with The Corruption to keep his best paying customer in exchange for The Corruption usurping Raff's powers with his help. Giovanni is a sleazy scumbag who will do anything to get money, even as far as exploiting his own son, Gioco, who he gave the nickname "Joker".
