It’s always amazing to me how God always provides encouragement from the most unexpected places exactly when I need it. I’ve been having a rough few weeks with being sick and having midterms and other health issues and tonight I was practically at my breaking point. Then I get a text from a friend I haven't talked with since July asking me to check out his new song on SoundCloud and tell him what I thought. Of course I pull it up to give it a listen and wouldn’t you know it, it’s exactly what I needed to hear tonight.

So Jordan, even though I really doubt you’ll see this, thank you for the encouragement you gave me tonight. I’ll text you some of this tomorrow when it’s not nearly midnight, but I’m proud of the man I’m seeing you become. You have the ability to impact so many people and you are choosing to use your gifts for God’s glory. I can't wait to hear about how God uses you in people’s lives. Stand strong and be brave.
