Worked up to heavy singles on the squat and deadlift. Hit 441(200kg) on the squat for a 31 pound pr. Immediately after that I hit 551 on the deadlift for a 44lb pr. The pull had an ugly hitch but Ima count it anyway cos it wasn't with any comp equipment 😂. Put 100lbs on my total in 3 months via JTS 1200 to 1300lbs.
