I started doing the Neovember challenge hosted by @sweetchimera-art ! I also realize the two characters I have portrayed here are... not subtle in design (or name) LOL

Our kyrii captain of the ship has a prosthesis in the colors of the Colourful Walking Cane item! The leg itself is based on a few of my favorite accoutrements made by ottobock.

The tired scrappy teenaged aisha near him is actually wearing her Team Kreludor colors because if I want her to be a YYB fanatic by Fyora she's going to be. She's also taller than him. 🤭

Anyways, cranked this out in Procreate in a couple hours. Letting myself experiment and learn with these prompts. 🎉

Ask game! ♥️ for anyone from the Carnage (2015) series? 👀 💕

I will pick Jubulile. There’s a lot I like about her, she is one of my favorite characters in this series and would be one of my overall favorites if she showed up more (*puppy eyes at Marvel*). What stands out in her to me is how brave she is. Even before getting involved with Carnage, she was going on a ship trip around the world all on her own, and that’s a badass thing to do. She also joined the fight against Carnage, the only teen in a professional, official group of trained and in some cases, super powered, adults. She was there, ready to do what she could to help defeat Carnage

(Also, just semi related, but I must say that I love her name. And fun fact, the nickname Carnage calls her, “Jujubee” sounds like “Jujuba/Jujubinha”, the name of a Brazilian candy that is sometimes used as pet names here and sounds super cute)

...okay, so, remember what I said about my lack of subtlety? Well,

This is more of a colored sketch than a true blue reference image but right now I'm playing with ideas for her. It killed me a little bit to give her blue eyes but I had to at least make a few things about her after the work of Mike Perkins and Andy Troy (pencils and colors on Carnage 2015, with writer Gerry Conway). I played around a bit with the hair, modeled off the High-Ponytail Locs Wig item, but gave her beads that match her headband and bracelet (Kreludor YYB team colors, of course). The shirt is inspired by the striped top Jubulile is wearing in her first appearance, but has the colors of the Electro Top.

I wanted to differentiate her from my other favorite Aisha neo-character, Xervos, so I made her ear stalks a little thicker and gave her more of a kitty-like tail. She's also quite tall, for a teenager! I wanted her to be lanky as well since I don't have many pets' characters with that build.

The locs texture brushes by Vegalia on Gumroad (worth EVERY dollar) were a massive help in doing her hair, and I took a lot of tips from @creatingblackcharacters as well, even though she's still very Neopets-y.

I'll do a cleaner version at some point but for now, here she is 🎉🎉
