We all want a Knives Out Mystery: The Muppet movie and we’ve all been asumin Blanc is the one human BUT with the new Sesame Street Ep Beignet Blanc exists. With this in mind im craving the a Muppet adaption of Wake Up Dead Man where Jud is the only human.

something about that entire scene where martha asks for forgiveness from those she’s hurt, with jud proceeding to say “and grace,” telling her to let all the hatred go. which in her final moments, she wholeheartedly does so.
Saw a post about about a scene in the wake up dead man script that got cut where Jud FaceTimes Langstrom and it sounds like they’re going to strip him of being a priest and that got my brain cooking.
Like imagine a fic about this man, who deep down thinks he’s irredeemable, that he’s just rotten down to his soul, who’s only been able to learn to live with himself because of his faith, getting abandoned by the Church, you know the most “all sins can be forgiven” crowd going “even this one is a little too much for us” and how much that’d fuck with his head.
Like what would he even do next? Like what a wild resume lol
From boxer to priest back to nothing, linked to 2 murders, nearing 40, no purpose, no guiding light, just the heavy, heavy weight of knowing that in the end, his worst fears were correct: he really is beyond saving…
Anyway, the fic would go hard and I might have to make it.
