Don't know what's going on? Chapter List - Here!!
a part of me hopes that they never actually reveal what judith's deal is, and she just keeps being really mysterious and cryptic to the point where it becomes an on-going bit. like she'll give extremely vague, often contradictory little anecdotes about her past, just for the camera to cut to frater like he's in the office, thoroughly unimpressed, just saying "sometimes i think judith might just be making shit up to fuck with me. she's fluent in latin and said she learned from a native speaker. what the fuck does that mean."
Judith sketch!
(From Ghost: Chapter 20)
I know the joke is that the painting is bad and funny.
But Judith painted that in only 10 minutes??? Girl’s a machine!
The Ministry and Barbecue Games
When the Ministry has a cookout, they have to have a bunch of backyard games set up on the lawn. Games such as horseshoes and cornhole. What are they playing?
Primo and Secondo are playing Bocce. Those two old Italian men have been holding grudge matches since 1952. Every opportunity they have to get the set out, they do. They will happily teach Judith how to play, but she'd better get good fast.
Terzo plays Croquet. It's dignified, and he will make jokes about whacking his balls into wickets. He sets the wickets up in a very complex pattern for fun. Marika Psaltarian beats his ass. They play again, and Terzo says this time he was being a gentleman by losing. He wins their third game.
Copia's at the Badminton net with a few Ghouls. Shuttlecock jokes are made aplenty, and the game ends in an air guitar battle using the badminton rackets.
Perpetua has been watching everyone else have fun, until Mr. Psaltarian drags him over to the Horseshoe field. They are both preternaturally good at it. After Copia finishes badminton, he gets suckered into a game. The first game had Perpetua and Psaltarian on the same team, with Cardi and Nihil on the other. It was a bloodbath. Did you know you can knock someone else's horseshoe away with your own? Not sure if that's legal, but somehow that kept happening. Eventually Psaltarian switched to Cardi's team to give him a fighting chance.
Marika and Seestor took over Badminton. It's a spirited game, very friendly and very competitive. Very very competitive.
The Ghouls are playing Cornhole and Kubb. At the same time. They invented a new drinking game based on the two. This means trouble. Judith wandered over to this game, and will regret the hangover in the morning because she's having too much fun right now.
We don't talk about the drunken volleyball situation.
Can you fucking imagine being Judith rn?
You, a catholic spy, get sent to this satanic ministry to snoop out their nefarious secrets and these bitches are so deeply unserious they make important decisions by playing rock paper scissors.
Respite - a short comic
