Enjoy these yummy delicious super nutritious recipes! I am not breaking down the ratios of each here but I want you to experiment when creating your juices and adjust to your liking! Each item has major health benefits and essential vitamins and minerals to build a healthy body from! After all, isn’t that why we eat? To create a thriving healthy body? Yes.
Juice Mix 1- Fuji apple, pineapple, lemon, orange, carrot.
Juice Mix 2- Red bell pepper, organes, green apple, ginger root, lemon, carrot.
Juice Mix 3- Celery, cucumber, cilantro, parsley, lemon.
Juice 4- Watermelon and the rind (most of the nutrients is in the rind).
Juice Mix 5- Spinach, parsley, beets, pineapple, cucumber, apple (green and fuji), lemon.
Juice Mix 6-Celery, green apple, pineapple, cucumber, lemon.
Tips and guideline:
Remember you can leave the lemon peel on if it is ORGANIC. Peel your oranges before you juice them regardless. Peel and trim your Pineapple regardless. To juice greens easier sandwich them between the juicy cucumber or celery when feeding through the juicer. Watermelon is best eaten alone. Try not to eat or drink anything else preferably a half to one hour before or after your watermelon.
