Romaine Veggie Salad
So this is absolutely delicious and very satisfying! Easy to make! Make sure you are stocking your kitchen full of fresh produce to be able to create any healthy meal in a breeze!
Add to your salad bowl:
1.5 Romaine Lettuce chopped up
1 carrot Julienned
1-2 Dates (pitted first, of course) chopped up into slithers
6-7 green olives (chopped or not)
1/4 cup of raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2-1 cup chopped red bell pepper
Now for the dressing! Add into your bowl:
1/8-1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric
Dash of Dill
Now mix your salad up!
On top add a scoop of Hummus (make yourself or healthy store bought)
On top add a scoop of Guacamole (make yourself or healthy store bought)
Dig in!
