Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and let marinate for 20 minutes. Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Grill lemon slices alongside until caramelized.
