Watching it again and after the house collapses, Juileta goes to check on Mirabel.

In the background we hear (and it sounds like Pepa), "Juileta. Come quick! Juileta!" And there's such desperation in the voice.

Someone on that side of the family was hurt...Camilo, Felix, or Antonio.....

Maybe Camilo got injured bad after he lost his shape-shifting powers mid-collapse? Broke a bone or something stretched the wrong way? Or Felix got hurt trying to save Antonio?

But it sounded like Pepa might've thought Juileta could help heal one of the kids?? (Probably hadn't kicked in that Juileta lost her powers too)...
