What are some of your favorite Stucky-related works that you’ve done?

Looking back, I had no idea I've made so many....! But these two I think are my favorite favorites:

Plus the dumb book that I made for conventions last year (the one on gumroad). I'm still proud of it haha.

What do you most love about Stucky/the Stucky fandom?

Cheesy to say, but the people that I've met both offline and online! Fandom really is about the community that comes together to share their talents and enthusiasm

When was the moment that you shipped it?

I actually didn't ship it immediately! It was a bit of a slow burn from seeing CATWS, reading fanfiction and re-watching to CATFA until I was finally like "oh! I see it!!"

I'm so excited to be a part of this project. I feel like fanzines (in the traditional sense) have had a bit of a slow going in the internet age and I'm so happy that there is still an interest in making them and re-inventing them.

im so curious- I read and loved the book Wounds is based on and the movie stays very close to the book. Did you think it was scary and suspenseful?? I knew everything that was gonna happen so there were no fun surprises😭

I also read the book and did not really love it, but I also am not a fan of things that don’t explain themselves especially in that genre. If Armie Hammer hadn’t been in the movie, I probably never would have read the book and definitely would not have watched the movie. 

That said: I think it was a pretty loyal adaptation and though a ton of reviews mentioned that it was full of jump scares, I don’t actually remember there really being many. I was tensed up and cringing in preparation for anything bug related and covered my eyes for pretty much all of that, including the entire ending, but I didn’t mind so much that I knew what was going to happen.

The thing that I was most afraid of was always going to be the bugs and luckily, @provenance watched it before me and sent me a complete list of timestamps where bugs appeared. Which was everywhere. So I basically was always prepared to look through my fingers.

1. What’s the most depressing movie you’ve ever watched?I was depressed for a full week after watching Life is Beautiful and have only been able to watch it the one time. I loved the movie, but it was devastating. I also thought Never Let Me Go was incredibly depressing, but I didn’t enjoy it very much and also found it to be bleak and frustrating.

2. What’s the most disturbing movie you’ve ever watched?I thought Monster was pretty disturbing. It was a very good movie with good performances, but it was difficult to watch. 8mm was also pretty disturbing.

6. A film you wish you hadn’t watched?I really didn’t like The Talented Mr. Ripley.

11. Your favourite movie genre?I’m not sure I really have one!

Thank you! Yeah, it’s a print of my favorite of Katie’s Buckys (and crooked, my friend accidentally knocked it over and I haven’t gotten to straightening it up inside the frame yet.)
