For me, I'm finally understanding what I really need to attain real happiness. As much as making money is a great thing it is not everything. If I have no one to share it with then it means nothing. Maybe counting a stack of hundred dollars bills sounds appealing but it will lose its luster. If I have no one to share it with then what is the point. When my time comes most likely the thing to stand is not how big my bank account is but how I made others feel and how I impacted their lives. It's the time spent going to all day breakfast diners, going to coffee shops, watching our favorite films, dancing like crazy until our legs give out and laughing until our stomachs hurt that make life worth living. It's the good times and unforgettable memories with the people you love that are irreplaceable. So now I have to choose the people that I love and who love me back and give them the love they deserve every chance I get. I know not everyone may agree with this and to each their own but for me, that's real happiness.
