Intro
To begin I thought I would explain the URL of my page, Jew lane. First off, it has nothing to do with religious affiliation, it has to do with my name, Julaine. Now, I would have just used my name spelled correctly, but I'm positive many of the people that come across this would pronounce it wrong. I don't mean to sound pretentious, but after many years of experience with this name I know for sure that 80-ish % of people will pronounce it Julian... even though the I is after the A. So, that's why I choose Jew lane, a written nick-name I gave myself a few years ago to explain to people how to say my name. I hope that if you learn nothing from my tumblr you will at least learn how properly pronounce the name Julaine, even though the chances are slim that you will ever meet one of us because, according to WhitePages, there are only 728 of us living in the United States (the most, for some reason, are in Wisconsin with 119, fun fun). Finally, just for fun, if you know a Julaine or especially if you are one, leave a comment saying how cool Julaines are and stuff!
