Josephine had grown more than tired of being tied to the bed by now. Which made it all the more astonishing that she actually didn't refuse the Doc's advice for once but obliged, so very unlikely considering Josephine's usual behavior. Her left hand rested above the duvet while the other was placed beneath, stroking her belly, unseen. She turned her head slightly, gazing out of the window. Jules would be back soon. He had been here to visit her every day, usually waiting in the lobby until the very minute he was let in and on some days straining the nurses' nerves by refusing to leave just yet when visiting hours were over. Their argument from days ago had never been mentioned again and neither held a grudge. Maybe this was why they worked so well together.
