I think this has been sitting mostly done in my WIPs for like 4 months. Technically a follow up to Song Sung Blue, but can be read stand alone.
Julian x Hartley. The worst people you know just got together
redraw of my 2013 dudes
‘’Surely a handsome man like you must have a girlfriend?’’ the girl with big black eyes once asked him. He said that he has a girlfriend. Just this sentence. But then, when he got back home, he would remember her and cry. But wouldnt tell anyone about it. Never.
Marley was dead. But Julian loved her no less. Why did life had to be so unfair? He looked at the night sky with tears in his eyes. And he begged. He didnt know for what. It just felt more peaceful. Julian didnt even believe in God. But he still begged the sky for something. Maybe for peacefulness. Maybe for understanding. Maybe for something that he didnt even know yet.
The sky would not answer. Never. He was silent. But Julina only wanted Marley. He only needed her. It didnt matter where, but he needed to be with her. Life without her was like living with an illness that makes you uncomfortable, but doesnt kill you.
Kill you. Julian thought about death more than a few times after Marley left him. Not that she wanted that. But he thought that Marley wouldnt really like it. They would still meet when he died. When the time comes. But no. Julian thought about death in other ways. Marley died because of ‘’ass cancer’’. And Julian wanted to help as many people as he could. It was the best he could do. And be more understanding. Just like he begged for the sky.
But not a second in his life he didnt feel sorry for what he had with Marley. He didnt feel sorry for all that horrible sadness.
Marley. Marley. He wanted so badly to talk to her. To look at her face. So that she would laugh at him, after him saying a terrible joke to her. Oh, how many jokes he had made after his death. Late at night, in bed, he would lay his hand on the pillow next to his and tell Marley those jokes. But there was no answer. And the silence was heartbreaking.
Oh Marley, why did you leave me? Julian would think, even though he knew the answer and every single night he would fall asleep with a tear running down his cheek, then nose and then another cheek until it reacher the pillow and he furrowed his eyebrows for a moment trying and wanting to not feel anything.
And just exist somewhere else. As long as it is with Marley.
The Leelah Project

Leelah Alcorn was a transgender teenager who committed suicide on December 29th, 2014. She experienced a complete lack of support about her gender identity her entire life. In her suicide note, she asked for change.
The Leelah Project is taking note of her request. The project is an organisation by trans people, for trans people. Their about page gives a clear idea of their mission, which is to give to those in need. The Leelah Project asks for “unwanted clothes, unused make-up, accessories, toiletries, and other miscellaneous items” for trans people that cannot get access to them or cannot afford them.
Since I’m really into the New Year and starting fresh, I was doing a closet sweep anyway when I heard about this project. I have a bunch of clothes that have been sitting at the back of my closet, neglected, so what could I do that is possibly better than helping out other girls in need? I also asked my step-sister to give me any clothes she no longer wanted so we could box them up and ship them off.
A lot of people in my area take their unwanted clothes to the Salvation Army, which unfortunately is known to be anti-LGBTQA. So instead, here’s a wonderful alternative! I am giving away a few things and encouraging my friends to do so as well, and you should too! Spread the word. Your old clothes may become an article of self-expression for someone else who really needs them.
You can mail your clothes, accessories or makeup to the Leelah Project’s mailing address: 985 Kendall Dr. Ste. A - 234, San Bernardino, CA 92407. If you don’t have any clothes to give away, but want to help otherwise, the Leelah Project also accepts monetary donations and has an Amazon Wishlist. The Leelah Project has grown significantly in a short time, and has raised 12,957 USD, but it needs donations to continue to do its wonderful work. Help out in anyway that you can.
