I’ve been reading Witch Hat Atelier and listening to The Amazing Devil and finally inspiration struck to draw Julia and @turianmailman‘s Sinx. This was specifically inspired by book 4 of Witch Hat Atelier and the ink skin/tattoo spell that was used on poor Euini for Sinx's figure here.

Yes hello the fall deities here for harvest season! Cleaned up another sketch piece from last year of a fall spirit au for my girl Julia and @turianmailman‘s Sinx. Sinx harvests the crops while Julia heals damaged or ill crops. Appease them both and you're guaranteed a bountiful harvest!

Sinx accepts offerings of gourds and berries, but he greatly favors pumpkins. He may even leave one on your doorstep with a funny face carved on it. You'll find your crops doubling in size the next season after making offers. Though your pumpkins may vanish!

Julia is less for offerings, though she'll never turn down a basket of red apples. If you find your crops suffering it is advised you place a fall wreath upon your door. Adorn each corner of your crop with either chimes or bells. She'll find her way to your garden.

A warning, however, to those who have small children. If you plan to make an offering keep your little ones inside from dusk to dawn. Both deities adore children and have been known to spirit away the young ones to raise as their own.

Weather’s changing so my brain gets to focus on characters that aren’t from a show! Sinx belongs to the fantabulous @turianmailman! Glowy hand huggy girl is Julia and she be mine.

There’s always a point of contact between these two and I LOVE it.

Since there’s a bit of time before the next mlb episode I can finally turn my attention back to my oc Julia for a moment. (Getting stuck on one character in a show can be fun...when they have an actual backstory for me to research obsessively. And Nathalie has 0%. Boo.)

If I had the time and energy I would love to throw my gal here into a dnd campaign. She’d likely be a sorcerer? I guess?? She’s a witch in the story she actually yields from; wields cleansing magic that allows her to see deeper into the mystery that is @turianmailman‘s Sinx.

Julia’s one of my longest standing oc’s. Surviving high school and college it feels good when I can sit down and hammer out her design.
