I am currently on a ReBoot nostalgia kick. This show is so cheesy and I still love it. My favorites have shuffled since I was younger but these two's friendship is still so fun. Jealousy, camaraderie, and a weirdly strong sense of loyalty.

More BG3 doodles! Trying to think up a design for my Tav prior to getting the game so I don't spend 15 hours in the character creation screen. All I know so far is that her actual name is Morro, she's a Druid of the Moon Circle, and she's a bit foolhardy.

Why yes she is taunting Halsin. Gal loves a good chase and tumble in the grass.

Also a great excuse to sketch Halsin some more. I'm a firm believer in the "elves are just a bit uncanny sometimes", especially druids, y'know as a treat. Essentially if I can give them some fangs I'm gonna do it.

Playing DND and trying to figure out if your DM is about to emotionally manipulate/blackmail the ever loving fuck out of your character because their parents current living status is ambiguous.

Yes I will feed into this by designing the two assholes that made Solana.

Reina has a sweet face but a vicious tongue, and Soleil is just so full of himself. They seduced each other through witty remarks and barbed comments. Soleil finds Reina amusing but ultimately she was a means to an end. She repays this sentiment by stealing a powerful artifact right out from under his pointy nose. Which then curses her bloodline.

Solana thinks they're both dumb asses who deserve each other.

Still on a D&D kick, the most recent session involved Solana having a specific nightmare regarding death. In response I designed various memories of Solana and her adopted kid Rascal.

My gal is cursed as fuck and the team is about to find out.

Solana character study! I ultimately wanted to explore some expressions and design child Solana. This also serves as an exploration for potential commission styles in the future.

Current campaign with her is going fairly well. Although she nearly accidentally killed one of her teammates. He's fine though! And Solana learned a valuable lesson regarding explosive barrels.

2023 has been an absolute shit lord of a year for me, it's just 2016 with a new hat. Really dried up any creativity I had in the cabinet.

However! I did join a DND group so meet Solana Silversea; my half-elf fighter and pirate captain. (If you recall a certain hylian design from back in the day yes I revamped her and claimed her as a personal OC at this point.)

Group shot is her back-story half-elf pirate crew. Great exercise for designing various faces and trying to give them personality while not actively getting too invested. I will...most likely invest interest in all of them regardless.

I’ve been reading Witch Hat Atelier and listening to The Amazing Devil and finally inspiration struck to draw Julia and @turianmailman‘s Sinx. This was specifically inspired by book 4 of Witch Hat Atelier and the ink skin/tattoo spell that was used on poor Euini for Sinx's figure here.
