I just checked. My lifetime personal best in the clean-and-jerk is a few pounds shy of the lightest opening attempt of the lightest women's division in the 2012 Olympics. I think this type of comparison is rich soil for appropriate goal-setting in my next power mesocycle. Finishing in the top half of those results would be a start.
