Theres this person I really like/been interested in for a few months and I just learned theyre ace (I knew they were polyromantic agender and I'm a bi cis girl) and I dont know how to ask them out without freaking them out/pressuring them into stuff

Be clear up front that you want a romantic relationship, not a sexual one. (Unless, of course, you want a sexual relationship, in which case you should be up front about that and be realistic that they may not be interested.) Be honest about how you don’t want to freak them out or pressure them. You just would like to know if they’re interested in dating.
