There there, perhaps you should get an assistant to filter some clients through? And in the mean time a glass of ice wine and a slice of cheese cake. Always the best pick-me-up.

Oh, I couldn’t possibly have an assistant at this time.

I am much too full.

Besides, I consider myself more than capable of handling all of my patients.

In any case, a glass of wine with some cheese cake, sounds delightful.  Although I find cheesecake to be very fattening. I might try my hand at a variation on it.

Yea, this is an odd time to be seeing patients.. Then again, I'm here as well. You know you're in the right profession when it doesn't bother you to work this late. Besides, psychiatry is a very rewarding field. I heard something about some cannibal nonsense going on. Who could suspect you of such a thing?

Very true, walk-ins can be quite a hassle at times. How is it all going?

At the moment, it is very busy. Which is surprising at 4:40am.

That being said I wouldn’t have chosen this profession if I didn’t think I could handle the traffic.
