Last summer I worked as @oliviastuck's #makeupartist and turned her into this beautiful "Dawn Slug" character for the @disneyxd show, @kirbybuckets! Thank you to @annietaggemua and @imitation.of.life for recommending me to Lee Romaire (who's studio made her awesome slug shell and tail!). The #episode "Commander Kirbo" apparently aired in January, but I didn't realize until yesterday, so here's a combination of my makeup chair photos and stills! I'll post another with the product breakdown. It was such a surreal experience working on a #Disney show after recently finding an old journal entry from 1993 that said my goal was to be "an artist for Disney." I had wanted to work in animation drawing the major Disney movies that I loved so much growing up. It just goes to show you that sometimes your dreams don't always look exactly like what you asked for, but they can happen all the same! #transformationtuesday #kirbybuckets #bts #makeup #juliehasit #juliehassett #letsgoghpaint (at Los Angeles, California)
