hey check me out not checking my messages! 2.  Which OCs were based off of fictional characters? Which characters are they? One of my favorite OCs, Genie. Strangely enough, I based them off the Genie in Aladdin. I loved the way he just moved, popped in and out, making things appear. Although this Genie doesn’t grant wishes, they just go around causing mischief. For the life of me, I couldn’t give them an actual name, everything just sounded wrong and didn’t fit. Here they are! (art was done by @cremsie   !)

6. Tell us about a setting/world you’ve created! Uhhhh.. so many to choose from! But if I did have to pick one. It would be my time travelers. It’s fun to pick around in the future! Making things up and having them sound important; making a whole new place and technologies. No one can tell me that I’m wrong or that’s impossible.  

20. What do you usually make up first about your OCs (appearance, personality, concept, relationships, etc)? I tend to go for background stories first. Once I have the story, then I get to work on the appearances.

Plus whichever question you think has the most interesting answer. 

18. What is/are your favourite thing/s to research about your OCs? Since most of my OCs are based on supernatural and mythical creatures, I love to do research on the creature(s) that I am trying to work with. Plus me reading about the creatures helps me develop more of their personality and appearances.

19. The relationship between you and the person you last texted?

My bf :)  We’ve been dating-morphed-into-a-thing since November ish and we’ve become good friends :D  He’s a really funny and awesome person, and I always like hanging with him (though most people live at least several hours away from me haha, if not hundreds of miles ;w;)  I think we have a… ~trying not to sound cheesy~ la of eng relationship?

30.Where were you yesterday?

Uh, sleeping.  And I’ve been real bad about getting up before two >w>

36.  Occupations you wanted to be when you were a kid?

I think a part of me wanted to be an ice-skater, and I always knew I would be “an artist and a ______,” cuz I knew I’d have to make money somehow.  I briefly considered becoming a veterinarian but then got a picture book and decided too much blood and guts.  My cousin (younger, but precocious) used to write a lot and I always admired her writing; I dunno if I wanted to be an author until middle school though.

9.  Right now, when I am answering this question, it is 5:01 AM and I should be either sleeping or catching up on homework…  I’m drinking Diet Coke so hopefully will get some work done because I’m more than two weeks behind in Logic and if I drop another Quantitive Reasoning I will be very sad lol.  Also have got a short story due next week >.>  Ahh also should be studying for History cuz I dunno what grade I have right now and I should be freaking out;;;;;

34. Last night I stayed up until six-ish, I tried to sleep but was having trouble.  Ick xD

35. I miss Pennsylvania and the people I left there, and if I moved I would also miss the people I’ve met in Texas.  I mean, most of them live hours away anyways but yeah.  If I could move I’d probably move to California because that’s where all the movie and animation studios are and I want to work with those kinds of things :)  Or maybe Austin since it’s such an artsy city.  New York is cool too but I wouldn’t like how crammed together everyone is..

Haha, my mom says I’m like Dory!  Hmm…this one’s a hard one, because remembering dialogue is not my strong suite.. [neither, apparently, is my spelling ~facepalm~]

I asked someone what to do in Tech Ed class in sixth grade, right after the teacher finished talking, and she said derisively, “Weren’t you paying attention?”  I felt a little angry because I thought I was, but it’s always hard for me to follow directions…  Also embarrassed..  It’s not very bad, but I just remember it cuz I was/am overly sensitive :’)  

In elementary school, (4th or 5th grade) someone called me diplomatic! :D  Said I would be a good…something.

Aand sixth grade again, a friend told me I was good with finding words to describe things :3

The difference between can’t and won’t is important, I think.  I feel like I can’t forget things that people have said that made me feel sad, or ashamed, or angry.  I won’t forget things that were poignantly said, and some of those are kind of neutral.

I dunno.  Memory is a funny thing anyway.  It twists words and intonations until they’re only distant cousins of the original event.
