For the last two months my left quadricep (rectus femoris) has been experiencing cramps while sprinting. Cramps can often be attributed to overuse and the cramping is localized to the muscle group that is being overworked. While seeking treatment, I'm told my warm ups was not sufficient and my hamstrings where under developed. Leading to my rectus femoris cramping. As a result I've incorporated more unilateral work like split squats and single leg glute bridge with my foot elevated on a dumbbell. This modification to single leg glute bridge creates a higher activation in my hamstring and glutes. As always, pullups are getting better. Shaved another 30 second off 100 pullups.
