W-well… If I’m being honest, probably either Kiara or, um, I think his name is June or Jump or something like that? Daniel had been sitting in his apartment quietly, enjoying a book that he had gotten from a deal a few weeks prior. Or at least, that was what he HAD been doing. Now he was staring up at a very familiar someone and he couldn't help but be confused. He'd locked the front door... Right? "Ah," Daniel said from where he was sitting calmly on his couch in the most posh way possible. "I was not expecting visitors, Jun." He could tell the other was fuming, although he had no idea what for. Or what it had to do with him.

"What are you doing under there?"

Elizabeth looked up from the laptop sitting before her and gave him a grin. “Oh, hey there, stranger! You caught me at a good time.” She glanced back down to the computer screen, then returned her gaze to the person before her. “I took a picture of this really cool plant a little bit ago, and I’m trying to find out what it is. But since I couldn’t find what I’m looking for right away, I decided to make this little fort of blankies. I mean, why not?” Ellie gave a soft giggle, looking down at the laptop once more. “Hey, here’s a thought- d’you maybe want to sit down and help me out?”

The Pub

The Pack was a common place to gather for residents on Mamono, considering it sheltered the people from the seeming everlasting rain on the island. Florence usually didn’t go to pubs or bars usually, but this place seemed more friendly than most. That, and it was raining a lot harder than usually out, and his umbrella had just recently broken, so he was more or less stuck at the pub until the rain lightened up.

Florence sat in one of the booths, toying with the rim of his water glass as he patiently waited for a waiter to come up. He had figured out what he had wanted to order already, having glanced through the menu on his way here, and was rehearsing how he was going to order through his head.
