In the summer of 2013 I worked with B arts on a wonderful project commissioned by Appetite Stoke. The project looked at the history (and present day) of the parks in Stoke-on-Trent, we collected stories, ran workshops and wrote songs about these beautiful spaces, which were then performed to visitors (of the parks) in one off events throughout the summer. 

I was lucky enough to collaborate and sing with some fantastic musicians and artists from Stoke and further a field on this project. 

This video is a taster of what happened at Tunstall Park 2013, once again filmed by my friends at Junction 15 Productions.

Last year I had the absolute pleasure of dancing in Restoke’s fantastic production “The Voyagers” held in Tunstall’s old victorian pool. 

“Restoke is a socially driven performance company. Based in Staffordshire we combine dance, music and visual art to produce works that breathe new life into forgotten spaces.”
