Mapleshade was always one of my favorites. I always liked dark forest death wounds, and weird glowy spikes were all I could get to work with all her fluff.

some more unusual dragons for junebug day 7!
anteater dragons are big, their fur reddens and they lose it in patches as they age. only the babies can fly, which they use to escape predators. natural predators of myrmidons
mudskipper dragons are only around cat sized, but they make up for their size with their iridescent patterns. they can be found on land and in the air, but spend most of their time in streams.
