Subzero on Webtoon: let’s talk about it.

Kyro and Clove - I don’t think I’ve ever shipped anything harder in my life. But, that’s a whole other post for a whole other day. I think it’s the most ADORABLE THING when they both blush so hard when people talk about them. Especially when the elders keep saying that they need to produce an heir for the throne. Ugh. Their faces are priceless.

Also, the COMMENTS after reading each chapter?! Hilarious. “Purple Dragon babies??” “ITS FINALLY HAPPENING GUYS. WE’RE MAKING BABIES.” I love the Subzero community on Webtoon so much.

Aaron - I understand why people ship him and Clove. But, I personally dont like that ship. Clove made it very clear that she had her duty to uphold as queen of both nations, and Aaron wasn’t supportive. At all. He literally said, ‘either you become queen and marry him, or you can have me. But not both.’ OBVIOUSLY IM PARAPHRASING, but that’s what felt like happened. He did join the Cerulean Guard for her.

Yet, Clove insisted that she wanted to uphold her duty as the future queen of both nations. And to add to that, Kyro makes her feel seen. He makes her feel alive. It’s not a feeling that she’s used to. Granted, they’d only been together for a month or two or three, but the love they have for one another is genuine. I love Kyro and Clove together. Our author, Junepurr really knows what she’s doing and I can’t wait for season two.
