I’ve been watching The Great British Bake Off Junior and it’s so cute because the kids aren’t competitive at all. They just want to do their best and get approval by the judges. They get so excited for each other even when other contestants win a round. In one episode, one of the girls was really far behind, and like 4 of the other kids who already finished theirs went over to help her finish on time. Or if one of them doesn’t know how to do something they’ll go over to one of the other kids and be like “how are you doing that?” And they tell them how to do it. It’s so cute

The difference in the judging of Junior Bake Off and adult Bake Off is . . . telling.

Junior baker: *explains how the end product falls short of expectations*

Rav and Liam: “No no no, tell us what you were able to do! Sell it to us!”

Adult baker: *explains how the end product falls short of expectations*

Prue and Paul: *drinking martinis made from bakers’ tears* “Yes, yes, yes.  Please tell us more about your failures.”

Actually the funniest thing about the junior bake off is how often these kids just look at harry like dude, what the fuck is wrong with you

Watching Junior Bake Off and a kid dropped the sleeve of her cake that looked like surgeon scrubs on the floor and just put it back on. And when the judge went to slice a piece to try, she just let him and no one said a thing as they ate floor cake. why didn't she tell them she dropped it on the floor?! I know they're kids, but still 😂😂😂😂
