Overqualification should not be a bad thing.
Dear employers, if I took the time to apply, I WANT THE DAMN JOB! Am I overqualified? Likely! But clearly I am undervauled and underpaid where I am thus why I am applying for your position. It's not rocket science! Stop disqualifying the perfect people because we're over experienced. We need work too, stop making us suffer for being good at what we do.
My future husband will need to be a foodie or at least a food enthusiast because I cannot be the only one lying in bed at midnight on a work night craving asian noodle dishes so bad that I can feel my stomach eating itself when it's been well fed.
