ok i just read a post on how to do tulpamancy. ?? this system said it took 18 months to confidently say they were a fully realized system ?? thats so much work ... i just find new alters hanging out and thinking and feeling things and im like hey whats your name. if i had to make them on my own i think i'd have a headache all the time

im a traumagenic system but i am pro endo and tbh curious about how endogenic systems are created. i wouldnt personally create a tulpa because i have enough to manage in my head but like... its cool that you can just do that

One of my favorite parts about the internet is I can have a full, legible conversation with someone who doesn’t speak English at all and likely doesn’t even live in my continent (and vice versa). Actually kind of a beautiful thing. The internet is not all evil :)
