theres a nonzero chance I'm gonna run into the people I met at new hire orientation a year from now at one of the company get-togethers and theyre gonna remember me as the guy who doordashed apples and talked about that guy blindspot with a rabid passion. the apples were granny smith btw
sam's one major passion still comes from wanting to be helped and seen for how much worth he can provide to other people (via stealth tech) and so there is no canonical hobby he has that isn't at the mercy of feeling abandoned

work trainings going good. altitude here is so damn bad that I'm knocked flat walking back to the hotel after 10min. scary. how does anyone live this high above sea level
reposting this bc it's sick asf and I learned people didn't realize I painted this so uh yeah.
here's some poor progress photos of it!
first pic is the panel I used. obviously I couldn't draw the gun. I also got rid of the scarf because it wasn't too Spider-Man-y and I wanted him to be at least a little recognizable
all this was done the night before and day of graduation ^_^
I should be doing more to appreciate the lack of marvel movies in today's popular culture. I once yearned for marvel movies to have this level of irrelevance. They used to feel almost ozymandian, like an empire that had no beginning and no end. and now tony stark iron man is naught but two vast and trunkless legs of stone.
