It may have been a mistake for our therapist to give us free rein on researching this new topic she’s learning. We found one blog of the chart she gave us last session and maybe it’s the wording or the new terminology but, I’m not a fan. I was already on edge when she (therapist) brought it up due to some of the language and that one blog post kind of cemented that feeling. Hopefully I can find better and/or give to her to use.
