honestly the thing I’m most confused about is where on earth did the budget go?? Why were there two demons?? Why was heaven a single room?? Why were there NO PEOPLE WALKING ON THE STREETS OF LONDON for god sakes. Every set just looked so much like a set it was impossible to forget even for a second of watching it that this was a rush job

tbh I would never to to a meet of any kind for kink and that is just maybe a combo of my asexuality making kink very intimate for me + kink definitely being where my sexual attraction to others lies but as someone who very much can't understand the appeal I do wish it was not being ruined for a ton of other people right now due to the events clearly running the risk of being unsafe

I'm just saying, if you're gonna write a book where one of the characters is a librarian, you need to have them use their librarian powers for something.

Have them research, or catalog, or at least alphebatize something.

If you just have them do stuff anyone could do, what's the point?

Also, don't say two alternating storylines are gonna connect when they never really do. 😒

Was ordering stuff for my family on Amazon. Said screw it, I have Steph’s Batgirl run and Cass deserves the love too. Cheapest option for in print for the first volume of the trade was $88. Why? Why would hers not be in print? I know it’s older than Steph’s but Cass at least feels loved in the Batman comic circles or am I wrong about that?

The really bullshit thing about it was that not only was there no catharsis, not only was there no real plot benefit, there wasn’t even anything as cheap as shock value! Because this is the THIRD TIME they’ve done this where they introduce a new likable character at the beginning of the season and then Jill him off at the end of it. It was just like. Okay. Whatever. Guess I expected that.

Is it bad I don't even remember who the third (1st? 2nd? Was it the Russian?) person was?

But actually like.... Like I said, I don't even mind losing characters!! I can even tolerate losing characters I loved, and shock value deaths. I'm pissed off this time because they set up a really nice, gut-wrenching tragedy (and I LOVE a good tragedy ok), and then failed so badly I didn't even feel anything except mild disgust when they tried to pull the trigger. The set up was REALLY REALLY GOOD. They could have killed him in a way that left me devastated, emotionally comprised for months. And they failed. How they failed that close to the finish line I will never know. It would have taken SO LITTLE to shift the effect.

I'm almost done at work, I've got a lot to say about it, I really hope it enrages everyone else as much as it does me after they read it. Maybe it will be some kind of solace.
