Friday I did our last Skype session - 26/366
For this week saved the worse for last which was a bad idea Level 3 of the 30 day shred. So me and A decided that we where going to start hard next week and then work down in level, which I think will work out well and keep them more motivated because E didn't turn up because she's just gotten animal crossing.
So next week looks like:
Monday - level 3
Tuesday - 6 week 6 pack
Wednesday - rest day
Thursdays - Level 2
Friday - Level 1
I didn't post about this on Friday, because I completely forgot to. 😂 But I'm already looking forward to tomorrow and getting some serious results with this new routine.
