I wake up with a sense of terror in my body

No time to think, I need to run

I make it just in time to find myself falling to my knees

My stomach turning and letting go

Letting out the tension and the terror

It feels better than the feeling I woke up with

I cough in my hand and see blood and realize…

It’s happening more and more

My mind is killing my body
