On another note, my Mystery Allergy came back today in full force in the middle of a rugby clinic 🙃🙃🙃
Tbh, I’m so proud of myself for how much I’ve progressed this year with my anxiety. Last year i only left my apartment to go to class(barely) or eat, I didnt have any friends at school, i was too anxious about doing very unfamiliar things, and i wasnt in any organizations. This year I joined the Rugby team which has become a sort of second home. There are people at school that i can call my close friends and many others that i hang out with sometimes. I go out now, to parties with friends, or with them to programs around campus. I have joined clubs and become deeply involved with them. But most importantly im less afraid to seek help for my mental illness (or otherwise). These are things that other people might think are normal, but i have really struggled with and continue to struggle with. The difference now is not that i dont experience anxiety, its that i have learned how to deal with it. And i have such a long ways to go, but on days like these when my anxiety is overwhelming, I like to look back on how far i’ve come so I can have the strength to go even further.
My foster destroyed my little haworthia succulent.. using this as an excuse to get another plant lmaoo
Whyyy do I literally overshare with people I don't even know that well, but ppl I know and like I don't tell nearly as much. Wtf 🤔

Sometimes I forget about the reality of global warming and climate change because I’ve become used to it. But my cactus plant has been in the front window since September and is thriving because of all the sun and heat.
