If all the Jutuls have the same powers and strength, why do Saxa and Fjor deal with the other two's behavior.. Why does Fjor let Vadir beat him and why does Saxa not put her foot down when she leads the company and has to hand it over to Fjor?

Obviously it's Vadirs and Rans turn of leading their "family", but if they are just four random giants who work together.. Why do they deal with each others crap ?!

Obviously there are rules and traditions they follow (as giants), but, for example, it just seems pointless for Fjor to take Vadirs beating if V is only another giant..
