Tenten’s exposition on the way Neji’s Kaiten works continues here.
Even though it’s just a means of explaining to us, the audience, how Neji’s technique works, it’s nice that it was done via Tenten’s perspective. It could very well have been done through Hiashi’s - since he too would know about Kaiten - but having it explained by Tenten lends a more personal touch, coming from a place of pride in her friend/teammate (as opposed to the alternative). She explains it in a matter of fact sort of way but it’s easy to tell that she admires Neji as a fighter and the way he’s become the master of his craft.
