The Punjab Da Swad festival is NOW LIVE at @jwsahar and it’s bringing the King of Cusines in full form- perfect for the Lohri and Baisakhi season! 🍭🍭🍭 Maza aagaya at the mad Aloo Tikki Station, the Rewdi-papad-Achaar stalls and the soooper tasty Winter mains they served like Palak Gosht, Shalgum Sabzi, Amritsari Malai chicken , Kadhi Pakodas etc! 🍽Tummy was in comatose state after the truly warm, delicious fare here that’s purely inspired from the Land of 5 Rivers and ingredients & produce specially flown in from Amritsar and other cities😳 MUST EAT - the Amritsari papad range. The Achaars. The 3-type-kulcha with Kaleji or Soya Kheema. The Fish tikkas. The Panchmel Ghar ki Daal(ACE!!) . The Lassis. The Jalebi Doodh!!! YASSS. JW Sahar opens up a beautiful Al fresco barbecue corner at their JW Cafe which we visited last night with fellow MFF member Abhi Pawar . The evening was made even better with some lovely pouring of #Lareserve wines from Grover vineyards. What really stood out was the wonderful assortment of meats for the barbecue....I particularly LOVED the satay and the lamb skewers.
