Wild Theory

Lucian becomes a beholder. While in the Astral Sea, it finds the other Horn of Orcus. They attach it to its head. It then finds a rip that traverses time and space. It goes through it and finds itself in the Underdark. It finds a city of Mind Flayers and takes over its Elder Brain, taking the name K'Varn. It then encounters Vox Machina and is defeated.
