Alright you guys, I'll try to keep this one short and sweet. But let me just say.....I ADORED this book. I'm typically not a fan of fairytale retellings (I honestly find them pretty corny), but I was was pleasantly surprised by this one! This was the dark and sexy beauty and the beast retelling of my dreams. Finley was such a fun MC, whose snarky remarks had me cracking up throughout the entire story, and Nyfain.......oh MAN🥵. Now, if you've had the luxury of reading any of my previous book reviews, you already know that I like my fictional men troubled, broody, and mysterious, and my GOD does Nyfain check all the boxes. One minute he's hot, and the next minute he's cold, and I'm absolutely here for it. I also really enjoyed the side characters in this story, especially Hadriel (definitely the funny, pessimistic BFF we all need in our lives). Overall, I thought this was a fun and easy read, that basically had me running to the kindle store to download the next book!
