I worship Mata Kaalratri who's having one single braid of hair, who's wearing hibiscus flowers around her ears as ornaments, who is naked and is abiding on a donkey. Who's lips are large and are hanging down, who's wearing earrings on her and who's body is smeared with oil, who's left foot is adorned with thorny creepers made of metal, who increases the prosperity of her devotees and who is dark blue in color, I worship that terrible Kaalaratri.

𝐊𝐀𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈; Mata Kaalaratri signifies destruction of fear, transformation, and inner power in a woman's life. She represents the fierce aspect of the Divine, guiding women to confront darkness, embrace their raw strength, and release negativity, ultimately leading to personal growth and spiritual liberation.

7th Night of #Navratri, & this 1 belongs to #KaliMa 🥳💙🔱🥳‼️

If you follow me, you know that I adore #Kali 🥰💙🖤😊.

This 7th night, we honor her as #Kaalratri.

Born out of the head/#CrownChakra of #Goddess #Parvati (in another form), much the same way Athena sprang from the head of Zeus … #MamaKali was born a #demonFighter.

Only she, was able to finally defeat the demon who’s every blood🩸drop, created copies of himself.

In my experience, people either love Kali, or they #fear her intensely. Those who fear her, usually fear themselves, fear their own shadow, & resist their #ShadowWork. Once you come to terms with your shadow (which she can help you with), you are able to understand #MataKali much better; then being able to see & experience her nurturing side 🥰.

Once she loves you, once you love her, well there are few things in this world as powerful as that🪢.

Currently, our world is in what’s called the #KaliYuga. This is a period of time where humanity faces its #darkness, & rises to the next age through #awakening. It can be known or feel as the darkest of times; but in this darkness, children of Kali can always find Light.

Kali means ‘the dark one’ afterall; & Kaalaratri means 'the death of time’.

She who is dark & timeless, can help us to see that both darkness & time are illusion, especially in the face of infinite Love, Light, & Power (which we all have access to).

I was inspired by @bunmou’s gatekeeper edit (unfortunately the original post was deleted, so I won’t link). The minute I saw it I knew I needed to add a gatekeeper character to the SU, and thus Kaalratri was born.
