Rouxls as Veronica, the Spade King as Jason Dean, Collen as Martha, @fanfic-enthusiast ‘s Juno as voice of reason younger sibling to Rouxls.

Idk who the jocks would be, maybe Jevil n Seam could take those roles.

Just wanted to write about the other Kaards

There's Holly Kaard: In charge of religious affairs, and obsessed with meeting a lightner some day. She's very by the rules, and would always go to Rouxls for assurance in everything. But she hates Caro since half the time he does whatever. She spends her spare time either terrorizing Caro, or collecting bells.

Collin Kaard: He manages battles, and acts as a general of sorts. He's hot headed and ready to fight every second of the day. If he's not serving his King, he is training and trying to get others, especially other Kaards, to train with him. He enjoys knitting when training isn't an option.

Kreddit Kaard: Was in charge of the treasury. He's very frugal and uptight, wants to spend and save money at the same time. He's rather vain and doesn't talk too much with the other Kaards. He collects birds, much to Rouxls horror.

What do the other Kaards look like?

Bitch one, bitch two, and a wholesome n supportive lad.

How are Kaards made??

I dunno pal, you tell me. 

They might just have poofed into existence by cards from the lightner world slipping into the dark world. They turn into baby Kaards when they fall, so they are very rare in the first place.

I just made that up, but until Toby says otherwise, I’m making this canon in my Kaard verse.

Wanted to draw the Kaards but younger. I liked both version, so have em both!

So I get what cards Rouxls and Kreddit are but what about Collin, Caro and Holly

Holly is a Holy card, those cards they give out at some churches. They are a thing apparently, I don’t remember those. But I only ever went to church as a kid, so idk.

Caro, he is a tarot card. You see in Chinese(mandarin specifically) pinyin, the C is pronounces at a T. So his name is pronounced Tarot.

Collin is pronounces Callin’, like calling. Calling card. I thought that one was obvious and clever, dang it.

I give all my ocs inconvenient names, sorry for that.

So the other Kaards have different punishments?

You could say that, more of a ritualistic thing though. You have to give up some part of yourself to your King to be a personal Kaard. Even if they are owned, they still have some autonomy, except for whatever they sacrifice.

Caro’s King didn’t see it as punishment, but Caro most certainly did. Caro gave himself up completely and totally to his King. He vowed to merely be a tool to be used by his King. In hind sight he greatly regret this,

Rouxls gave up his personal voice, although he goes back on this a lot when his King isn’t around. He’s very opinionated.

Holly gave up her free will, she very much can’t function without orders or rules from others, especially her King. Her King’s orders were for her to just be herself, he’s more lenient than others. But since he’s not King anymore she’s kinda just a shadow of herself, and really depressed about everything.

Kreddit gave up his sight, the glasses are just for show and his own comfort. He uses magic to act as echolocation. Mostly because of the cruel remarks his King made towards his eyes, so he kinda hates them. It was a painful ordeal.

And Collin, -well he’s a special case. He and Caro serve the same King, because the King wasn’t satisfied with Caro’s performance and ordered a second personal Kaard- sacrificed his past, so any memories not of his King were wiped. His twin brother was also killed, but he doesn’t remember having one. 

Usually the Kaards choose what they sacrifice, but Collin never had a choice since he’s technically an outlier.
