redesign of my oc kacey. changed a few things and tried to really diversify them from my fursona. some key changes:

-new haircut/style. i guess all my characters have side shaves lmao

-marking and color scheme change. decided to give them freckles rather than my sona

-species change. they’re now a fallow deer while my fursona is white-tailed. this really works better for their design in terms of colors though

-hoof hands (& feet) to further separate them from my pawed sona. still figuring out how to draw these but eh, this is good enough for now

-some changes to their background and story which is really irrelevant as i havent posted any of that yet anyway but whatever lmao 

that’s about it. their personality and fashion sense are largely still the same. looking at the change between this piece and the other few times ive drawn them makes me really happy though! :> small improvements.

kacey should've been aphmau's second love interest in pdh s2, not ein. the love interests should've been kai and kacey. see, it even has a ring to it! kai or kacey? alliteration. so marketable.

meanwhile, ein should've been the deuteragonist-turned-villain of the show and (at least spiritually) aphmau's younger brother (but still very protective like an older brother and suspicious of the other boys in her life and their motivations. this would lead to a lot of conflict and paranoia, as well as some excellent yaoi potential).

all it would take are a couple of tweaks and everything would've been so much better. you can keep a lot of the plot points that have nothing to do with einmau unchanged as well, such as the alpha and omega thing. and just like that...

incest crisis averted!
