Requested by anon: Gong Yoo and a actress have acted together in one drama and many people ship them due to the actresses behavior such as being clingy and when both actors were in a n interview Yoo jaesuk they both ( gong Yoo and her) said that once the actress gets comfortable with someone she tends to be more clingy and touchy with out noticing until someone mentions it, and as they were on the show they showed a clips of them being very close at the point some people thought they were together, during that entire show fans could see the connection and how comfortable they were together and how the actress mentioned that she gets quite nervous around him as she's 10 years younger. Later on they worked together on a different drama but then they started dating but it went unnoticed as they were acting the same as the first drama and once they got to promote it again at jaesuk show he would tease them about jt as only friends knew about the relationship

You bit your lip nervously as you let one of the staff members adjust your mic pack and actual microphone on your blouse. It wasn’t by any means your first time getting mic'd up for an interview and it certainly wasn’t your first time doing an interview. It was, however, your first time doing an interview with the Yoo Jaesuk on one of his many shows. Adding more gasoline to this already bursting fire of nerves, you were doing it with your co-star, Gong Jicheol —Gong Yoo as the rest of the world recognized him by.
He’d been on this particular show once before and walked you through a basic understanding of the little talkshow mainly entailed and covered. Nothing too crazy from the sounds of it. But, that had been weeks ago. Weeks before the airing of your new show together that had drawn much attention and frenzy from viewers and critics alike for the seemingly naturalness of the physical affection the two of you had displayed on the screen and at the press conference just two days prior.
You weren’t living under a rock, unlike someone. You were very well aware of the countless TikToks and Instagram reels composed not only of edits from the show but also the crumbs from behind the scenes footage, and the footage from the press conference made by your self proclaimed ‘shippers.’ So you suspected that there was a very high probability something regarding these reactions and edits would be brought up during today’s shoot —especially considering you weren’t the most known for being so physically affectionate with any of your co-stars in the slightest. Or rather you had never been caught being so affectionate and former co-stars had never talked about it either not wanting to make something that was so personal to you public.
“Alright,” the staff member sighed. “Just wait here until they introduce you two and then walk right through those doors and the interview will begin.”
“You two are quite comfortable with each other,” Jaesuk commented before looking at you. “But I don’t think I’ve ever seen you have such a natural chemistry between you and any of your co-stars in any drama you’ve done in the past. Was there something that made it easier with Goo Yoo?”
“Ah,” you laughed looking over at the man in question and rubbing your hands on your thighs. “He has a calming aura even though he’s quite the character. He wasn’t very quick to get comfortable with me either so I think both of us made a mutual effort to find things we could connect with and make interacting a bit more natural. I don’t think having a ten year age gap helped much though, at least not in the beginning.”
Jaesuk looked at you funny, “Is it his lack of social media?”
You laughed, “Honestly I found that refreshing. Not many people I get acquainted with don’t have social media so it was nice and honestly made me want to tone my own usage of it down. It’s been a nice change although a very tough thing to fully get rid of. I think for me though I was more nervous about seeming too childish and immature for the role I was playing. I know I’m in my mid-30s, but I haven’t been in the industry for nearly as long as he has. I think I was more nervous about that lack of experience affecting my ability to be able to really find the right expressions and actions for the role and make him —among others— question my ability to play my role.”
Jicheol then leaned forward, “We ended up having a staff dinner after the table read and we sat next to each other. I think that's when we really clicked over the food. The day she was much more physical than normal when we were looking at the set.”
“You’re physical with people you are comfortable with?”
“Apparently,” you laughed.
Jaesuk shook his head, “Is that a normal thing? Not just with other actors, but with new friends and people you meet?”
You were silent for a bit as you furrowed your brows in thought, “I think it might be actually. I don’t think I’ve ever noticed it though but I have had other co-stars comment on it even if they never publicly said so.”
The interview continued, moving from the topic of the current drama to previous dramas you had been in individually playing games and testing your knowledge on both elements of the dramas’ plots as well as general knowledge. Before long you had found yourself fully immersed in the interview arguing with Jicheol when he answered questions correctly that you were certain he had gotten wrong —smacking and leaning into him on many instances although it wasn’t as obvious since you were doing the same with Jaesuk, which after one too many leans into him drew Jicheol’s attention.
“How are you more comfortable with him in an hour than you were with me in two weeks?” he whined.
“Why?” you teased, throwing your arm over Jaesuk’s shoulder, the older man playing along. “Jealous?”
That interview drew much attention from your little ‘shippers,’ more edits popping up and more than a few rumors starting before dying done and being revived when a new drama the two of you would be headlining was announced. They quickly died again seeing as there was nothing new or unusual in your behavior with another compared to your first time working with one another. Little did they know a bombshell would be dropped during that drama’s press conference as you two unknowingly got caught being a bit touchy with another before a simple term of endearment was dropped quietly —something you both thought went unnoticed, news flash it did not.
So when you found yourselves back on the talk show with Jaesuk you knew what was going to be a hot topic after the statement you had put out just the day before.
“So…” Jaesuk began. “Just friends?”
“We wanted to keep it quiet….” you began.
“We only told close friends,” Jicheol finished.
Jaesuk looked highly offended by those words, “I’m not a close friend? After the fun we had last time?”
“Sorry?”
“Was it before or after the last time you were here? Blink once or twice. The cameras won’t know if you look at me.”
Both you and Jicheol turned, adjusting your faces out of the cameras’ views and blinked. You blinked twice, he blinked once. The teasing only started all over again.

So I wanted to ask if you can make another one - if you don't mind of course. Where his daughter is overworked, exhausted and overall tired and on top of her peak popularity she's started gaining she is getting hate for maybe a dating rumor or maybe just for no reason, and him being overall protective and concerned for his daughters health and asked for the agency to give her a well needed rest, and during that rest they were seen hanging out and having a father-daughter day, and just having fun and everything like that and the after her break she gets back to being an idol and posts video and photo with her dad

Jicheol watched from the doorway as you slumped your shoulders just shortly after entering the house. He’d just gotten off the phone with your mother, having had to calm her down from the panic she was sending herself into having seen you as distraught as she had.
“Hey,” he offered softly, shuffling over as you slipped your feet into the pair of slippers that had been designated as yours for a while now. “Rough day?”
You looked up, eyes watery and holding back tears, nodding your head and rushing forward as he opened up his arms to you. Your arms wrapped tightly around his midsection as your shoulders began to shake and small whimpers began falling from your lips before they grew into full blown sobs.
He didn’t say a word, just held you tighter and sighed deeply as he held you. He knew you didn’t need words right now, you just needed someone to hold you for a minute with no judgement. A silent “everything will be okay” if you will. And he would give it to you. Afterall, out of everyone in your life that you could go to with the worries and feelings that you were experiencing at that very moment, he was the only person that could truly understand and not need much of an explanation in order to know just what had sent you into this phase. So he just held you.
And he would hold you for however long you needed –whenever you needed.
~~~
“Can she just get a few weeks of break?” he whispered on the phone, pacing the living room and trying his hardest not to raise his voice and disrupt your sleep. He’d only recently gotten you to your bedroom to get some much needed. “Yes, I know they’re in the middle of promotions, my daughter wouldn’t stop talking about it until a few days ago…Quite frankly I don’t care about any of that. I could give two flying–” he took a deep breath. “My daughter’s health and well-being trumps everything. If you can’t understand that then you are a disgusting human being. She won’t be in for a week. I’m sure you’ll figure it out.”
He hung up without saying anything else. His reputation be damned. He was not going to allow his daughter, his only child.
Sure he hadn’t always thought of being the type of father who interfered with his child’s line of work, especially after how much he had urged you to forge your own path in the industry.Yet there he was willing to risk it all for the sake of making sure you felt supported and like someone was in your corner ready to take on the word with you.
Running his hands through his dark locks, he let out a breath as he hung his head back and stared at the ceiling for a few sparing moments before nodding his head.
It was game time.
~~~
Your room was dark, signs you were still asleep when he peered through the slight crack. He heard more about your troubles in the past few days. Dating rumors with costars, unsolicited or even explainable hate, judgement on your body, and questions about whether you had truly earned the popularity you were presently exhibiting or were simply mooching off of your father’s name. No wonder you were so distraught. It all came seemingly out of nowhere and for no good reason. He couldn’t blame you for your reaction and hesitancy to even leave your room.
He’d let you have your week of wallowing in self pity and coddled you within the confines of the house. It was time to take you out for some fresh air, even with the slightest bit of force that was sure to send your mother into a spiral if she found out he was forcing you out of the house for some quality bonding time with him. But you had done the same with him a while back. Granted you had been a child and merely wanted to go out and spend some time with your father then, you none the wiser had gotten him out of a slump filled with some of the darkest and most hateful comments he had ever experienced. It was about time he’d done the same.
Gently knocking on the door, he heard you grumble at the disturbance he’s caused you in your slumber. He cracked the door open and comically poked his head in making a face as he slowly approached your bedside as if you were a stray puppy he wanted to avoid scaring off. It made you chuckle as you rolled in your bed to face him, trying your best to look like you weren’t attempting to cosplay the Grinch by wallowing in self pity.
“I managed to get you some time off…” he broached as he took a seat on the edge of your bed, reaching out and tucking a strand of your makeshift rats’ nest behind your ear. “Figured we could have some bonding time out in the real world like a normal father-daughter duo. Get some ice cream, watch a movie…bully Dongwook into buying you that giant Peep at some point…”
That made you giggle before you looked down, “Can we just go on a hike? Or maybe fishing instead?”
He nodded, “Of course, I’ll go see what times boats are leaving to see if we can catch one last minute.” Standing up, he went to leave the room before going back, leaning down and pressing a kiss to your forehead, “You should get ready though, regardless of where we end up going.”
~~~
Your legs moved in time with one another, having found a steady pace a few miles back amongst the steep and narrow trail. The soft huffing of your father continued behind you,indicating his own aging body was tiring despite the shape he was in. Leaning against a tree you stopped to catch your breath, moving to the side to let others pass you, some heading further up towards the summit of the mountain you were hiking up while others were making their way back to the foot of the trail.
“Why didn’t we go fishing again?” you asked after catching your breath.
“Too crowded,” your father reminded you, holding out the water bottle. “Figured you wouldn’t want that attention right now.”
You nodded, taking a swig of water, “Next time I suggest hiking, remind me that I’m not built for this much physical activity.”
Jicheol let out a laugh as he placed the bottle back in his backpack, wiping some sweat off his brow before patting your shoulder to keep going. “We’re almost there, let’s go.”
“You said that an hour and a half ago!”
Alas, you pushed off of the tree and began the trek again, walking in front of your father and getting distracted by just about everything you saw from the corner of your eye.
“We would’ve reached the summit already if you didn’t get distracted by every flower you noticed and stopped to take a picture of you know!”
~~~
At least, the end came into view. The summit was right before you, practically begging for you to run the last few yards to the railing that gave you the perfect view of the city you’d been born and raised in that had been causing all your suffering the past few days. Seeing it from high above and so far away, it all seemed miniscule. Nonexistent in the grand scheme of things.
“Gorgeous huh?” your dad huffed as he finally caught up to you having stopped to take a picture of you in your childlike glee. “Feel better?”
“I feel tired,” you admitted, earning a laugh. “But yeah better. I can’t believe this view gets more and more gorgeous everytime.”
He hummed in agreement, leaning against the railing, “You know you can lean on me when things get rough, just like how we lean on this railing.”
You didn’t look at him or say a word and just listened to him continuing to speak.
“My job as your father, despite also being an actor, is to be here to catch you when things get hard and help you stand. I may be old and getting frail, but I am still reliable and will make sure you are safe and have a place to turn to you when things get hard to carry on your own. You don’t have to bear any of it alone. Ever.”
“I just didn’t want to disappoint you by making you think I couldn’t handle it. You told me what I needed to expect and yet I still can’t–”
“ –You can’t carry it all. I still can’t carry it and there’s nothing wrong with that.”
Without saying another word, you just leaned into him, allowing his solid body to take your weight for a few minutes as you stared at the view in front of you. For a split second, you swore you were back to being the little girl who used to lean on her father’s leg when she was tired and wanted to be held but knew he still needed to finish dinner for the two of you before he could hold you in his arms.
And it didn’t feel bad in the slightest.
It felt like home.
~~~
“Look what someone sent the agency,” you called out as you walked out of the bathroom freshly showered and towel drying your hair (for the second time that day), while your dad made dinner for the two of you.
He looked over his shoulder furrowing his brows, “Is that us?”
You hummed, “Someone noticed us and took the picture before sending it to the agency asking them to send it to me since they thought it was a sweet moment.”
He nodded, “Does that mean I get out of the face masks after dinner?”
You gave him a deadpanned look, "Absolutely not. Those are a must for father-daughter time.”
A few days later you would end up posting a photodump of your hike mainly consisting of your numerous flower pics and the views of the hike, as well as a reel with your father clearly asking you to stop recording and please keep moving before he abandoned you on the mountain. The last one was without a doubt the best: you leaned against him as you both took in the view –well, while you took in the view as he pressed a kiss to the top of your head. And one simple caption:
Requested by anon: Hey Mod, do you still write for Dohwan? If so, can you write a oneshot where he and the (non-famous) reader have already been (secretly) together for a few years, but are accidentally seen together and it gets spread? You can decide whether he goes public about it or not
It was private knowledge that Dohwan was seeing you. Only close friends and family who you trusted to keep this aspect of your lives underwraps knew about it. Sure his company was aware, but they hadn’t been given the green light nor quite frankly any reason to put out a statement.
How on earth you managed to keep your relationship private for five years was beyond you. In fact you had been almost certain that when Dohwan had appeared on ‘I Live Alone’ that your relationship would be out in the air after you caught sight of the polaroid picture on his fridge in plain sight on camera after the episode aired.
Yet nothing happened.
No one had even bat an eye at or noticed the incriminating picture of the two of you on the everyday appliance.
But from that moment forward, the two of you had been much more careful. He’d moved that polaroid after you’d pointed it out and he’d looked at you wide eyed in fear.
“I’m not saying hide me but I panicked for a hot minute there.”
So how was it that there were now countless images of the two of you hand in hand at a museum exhibit circulating the web?
Dohwan had made sure to blend in as best as he could with others. No out of place masks or hats. Normal clothes. No makeup.
He quite literally had looked like any other average man with a handsome face and beautiful partner.
So how had this happened?
“Is it bad?” you asked moving your curtains and looking outside at the front of your apartment building. Everything looked safe but you could never be too sure that no one would dox you.
“It’s about as bad as you can expect,” he offered. “People who are happy and then people who aren’t…”
“But is it bad? For you? For the show?”
‘Am I bad for you?’
He gave you a look, “That doesn’t matter. It wasn’t bad before it was out there so it shouldn’t be bad now. And if people don’t like it then that’s on them. I’m not living my private life on limitations and bending to stigmas that are run by my career. I’m not doing that.”
“Dohwan-”
“I’m not doing that.” He rose to his feet crossing the living room to where you stood, cupping your face in his hands. “Look at me when I say this and listen carefully. I have been with you for five years. The happiest five years of my life. With you. There isn’t a single job, role, threat, or amount of money that will ever change that. Not a single comment about our relationship will change how I feel about you.”
“But your-”
“You’re my number one priority right now. I need to make sure that you are okay with whatever we decide to do from here on out. Expect ending things. That won’t fly.”
You sigh deeply, leaning into his right palm, “Can we keep us as private as possible? Just yes we’re dating and then done?”
He nodded, “Of course. I’ll let the agency know. I’m sure they’ll favor that idea over others.” Dohwan moved to step away before moving back and pulling you into him. “Stop looking out the window like that. Someone might think you’ve committed a crime up here and call the police. We don’t want that right now.”
You laugh, taking in a deep breath of his scent and closing your eyes momentarily, “I love you.”
“I love you too. Now let me send a quick email and then we’ll pretend none of this is happening and watch that movie you were talking about. Yeah?”
Dongwook winced as he heard the violent coughing coming from the master bedroom. The little girl, laying against his chest in the baby carrier, was calm despite the harrowing coughs from the illness you’d developed about a week ago, just days short of reaching one month postpartum. Her head nuzzled against his chest, rooting for what he could only assume was your breast.
“Hold on,” he whispered softly, placing a light kiss to the crown of her head. “The bottle’s almost ready.”
She whimpered just as he heard the violent hurling of you in the bathroom. He’d have to see if it could get his mother to come over for a bit so he could take you to the hospital as soon as he could. The little one’s whimpers quickly turned into full-blown wails as she grew impatient and restless against him. He bounced light from side to side as he waited for breastmilk to reach the right temperature after having run it under warm water.
Pouring a little drop of the milk onto his wrist he sighed as he began carefully undoing the carrier, taking the one months old out of it and resting her comfortably in his arms as he carefully waited for the bottle to slip past her lips —an action that happened fairly quickly, silencing her cries as she began eating, her hand gripping onto one of his fingers. The soft suckling made him smile as he stood in the kitchen simply feeding her whilst leaning against the counter.
“Dongwook?” he heard your frail, hoarse voice call out.
He looked up from his daughter and saw you. There was no denying that you were a beautiful woman inside and out. But right now…right now you looked like absolute shit. And there was nothing he could physically do about it at that very moment. He made a note to run your bath as soon as he set the baby down for a nap in a few minutes.
“You should’ve rung the bell,” he whispered, worriedly looking at your unstable footing. “Do you need some tea? Soup? Change of clothes?”
You shook your head slowly, giving him a weak smile, “Why don’t you take a break? I can watch over her while you rest.”
His eyes widened at your request, “I’m fine. You need to rest.”
“All I’ve been doing is resting,” you voiced tiredly. “I feel so useless and guilty for not being able to do anything.”
Dongwook’s gaze softened as he looked at you, taking a few careful steps over as he continued feeding the babe in his arms. Adjusting his hold on the bottle with one hand, he reached out to you, running his knuckles delicately along your cheek.
“You aren’t useless and you have no reason to feel guilty for needing to rest in order to get at least a bit better. You’ve done so much for her —for us— the past month. You need to take care of yourself too.”
“But she—”
“She’s fine. There’s enough milk for us to use right now from your extra supply. You don’t have anything to worry about right now. Just take it easy.”
You looked at him before letting your eyes wander down the now sleeping girl in his arms. You cleared your throat in an effort to suppress a cough.
“How is she already this big?” you whispered, reaching out your hand before taking it back. “She doesn’t like the bottle does she?”
Dongwook shook his head, “This is the first time she took it willingly in the past week. The desperation must’ve finally hit her and she accepted her fate for the foreseeable future.”
“Think your mom would be-” you turned coughing violently causing your daughter to stir and make a face before Dongwook settled her, her suckling continuing.
“I’ll call her in a bit and ask her to.”
You nodded, retching and going over to the kitchen sink and vomiting. Dongwook’s borrows furrowed in concern again. He’d be calling his mom now.
“The flu?” you asked, looking at the doctor before you. “The flu’s what’s causing all of this?”
The doctor nodded looking down at her clipboard, “You happened to get a much stronger case, probably due to being only a month postpartum. Your immune system still isn’t completely back to normal. We’ll be keeping you overnight for observation and to aid with the slight case of dehydration you have.”
Dongwook smiled and gave a soft thanks as she turned to leave, “Well it looks like we’re both getting some time to rest.”
You looked at him wide eyed, “No, you have to go back home to be with-”
“My mother would sooner skin me alive if I went home and left you here alone,” he interrupted. “They’ll be fine for the night. I need to make sure that you’re okay too.”
You bit your lip in worry.
He said your name softly as he took a seat on the edge of the bed, placing his hand on your knee, “Don’t feel guilty for needing to take some time to look after yourself —for me choosing to stay here with my wife to make sure she's okay. The two of us need to be okay in order for our daughter to be okay.”
“You’re right, but I just…”
“It’s okay. Just try to get some rest. I’ll call my mom and let her know we’re staying until morning.”
Patting your knee, he rose and stepped out into the hallway. The deep timbre of his voice echoed into the room, mixing with the soft barely there dripping of the IV you were hooked up to. Before you knew it your eyes were falling shut until you eventually slipped into a restful slumber seconds before Dongwook entered the room. He smiled at the sight of you, taking a spot in the recliner closest to you and getting as comfortable as he could before he too eventually fell asleep for the night.
The dinging of your phone instantly grabbed your attention, making Soonyoung frown as you stopped mid conversation to check whatever it was that came through. He already knew what it was, it had been the same thing when he’d gone out to eat with Hyuksoo a few weeks prior.
“Under wraps my ass,” he mumbled, reaching for his drink and taking a sip. “You two are basically down each others’ throats.”
You scoff, “We are keeping it underwraps! You keep asking about everything going on between us and you were the one who set us up. Naturally we’re going to feel more comfortable responding to each other if we’re with you. You already know that we’ve made it official.”
Soonyoung shot up straight in his seat, choking on his water. “What?!”
“Hyuksoo didn’t tell you?” you ask, brows furrowing as you tear your gaze away from your screen. “He said he was going to tell you when he saw you a few weeks ago…didn’t he-”
He gave you a dead panned look as he looked down at the phone in your hand.
Oh. Right. You had called during their meet up with a burning question and probably distracted Hyuksoo from telling him the news.
“Well anyways-”
“Anyways!? Anyways?! You’re just going to drop that bomb on me and then move on like nothing happened?”
You blinked at his words and nodded, “I wanted to know if you had the time to check out a new set of lyrics I’ve been working on. I haven’t got a melody down but the lyrics are mostly finished. And you know how much I value your input above everyone else’s.”
“Don’t change the subject!”
You groaned, “Look, I’m sorry you’re just now finding out that we’re official, but we really are just trying to keep it under wraps, as much as we can anyways. You know better than anyone that if dispatch gets wind of it they’ll run with it to no end.”
Soonyoung nodded in understanding. You were right. In the grand scheme of things, the more people knew about your relationship, the likelier it was that word would get out, either through purposeful or non-purposeful actions. But that wasn’t something either of you had to worry about.
Even if you and Hyuksoo had told a few close friends, you were both sure to keep any dates on the down low, so far having gone unnoticed by anyone. No one even suspected the two of you that didn’t already know - at least not to your knowledge.
Oh how wrong you were.
Hyuksoo shook you as gently as he could from where you rested on his couch. The two of you had fallen asleep on the couch after watching a movie the night before - unbeknownst to the chaos stirring on the web as dispatch was releasing the story of the year.
“It’s still dark outside,” you groaned, stirring awake and seeing the slight panic in your boyfriend’s eyes. “What’s wrong? Who died?”
He couldn’t help but chuckle, “No one’s dead, we just…dispatch…”
“No… They didn’t…”
He gave a wry smile as he showed you the text message he’d gotten from his manager roughly an hour ago, a link to an article reading ‘Couple of the Year’ clear as day.
“There’s pictures of our ‘blind date’ from a few months back. Someone has been keeping tabs to see if it was legit.”
“Is it-”
“-being taken well? For the most part. Apparently we weren’t as subtle as we thought,” he chuckled. “Breakfast?”
“You alright there?” your father, Gong Jicheol (otherwise known as Gong Yoo), asked as he watched you walk around in circles in the dressing room. “You’re gonna make me nervous for you.”
You stopped and turned to look at him, clearly a bit panicked, “I’ve never done this before. What if I screw up somehow?”
Leaning forward and resting his elbows on his knees, hand folded over each other as he looks up at you with loving eyes.
“They wouldn’t have asked you to facilitate the interview if they didn’t think you were capable of it? And besides, you’ve had your fair share of interviews in the past few years since your debut. I think you’ve got this all underwraps.”
You groan, throwing your head back, “But those were music interviews Dad. I can talk about music for days! I’ve never once had to talk or ask questions about the nuances of getting into character, figuring out how to accurately portray them without doing too much or not doing enough. What even is method acting?”
He burst into laughter, shaking his head, “Did they give you any scripted questions?”
You nod, grabbing the sheet of paper from the vanity top and handing it over, “I did come up with a few of my own at the very bottom.”
His eyes scanned over the paper, taking in your familiar handwriting that he felt he hadn’t seen since you were in elementary school and always handing him little notes you’d made throughout the day at school with misspelled words and nearly unintelligible words of love for him.
‘What was the most mentally taxing part of the filming process for you as an actor in this move?’
‘What part of the script made you want to be a part of this project?’
When did you become a thought provoking young woman capable of formulating such interesting questions? Maybe he was a bit biased, sure, but it wasn’t every day that actors would get these types of questions.
“You’ll do fine,” he reassured. “The cast will love you and your questions.”
The cast laughed again as you fed off of their energy, making the interview a bit more chaotic than anyone had originally intended. Jicheol was smiling wide as he saw you relax and find your footing in your current role as their interviewer. He was proud to say the least.
Then he saw it.
Bogum – who had been animatedly following along to your every word up until just now – said he’d been distracted by your “iridescent beauty” and didn't remember the question you had just asked. Now, Bogum was a funny man, Jichoel had grown to know as such in their time filming, but he wasn’t as bold as to do, much less say, what he had at that very moment.
His head snapped to look at him very quickly as he gave him a blank look.
“You’ve upset Dad,” a cast member joked.
“Carefully Bogum-ah, you might not live to confess to your ideal type at this rate,” another laughed.
Ah, yes. That.
Jicheol remembered the conversation he’d overheard after he’d gone back to the other cast members. Bogum had admitted that he was nervous about the interview as he was not only a huge fan of your group – specifically you – but you were his ideal type. He’d pretended he hadn’t heard a thing, but his actions had clearly betrayed him now.
“Iridescent beauty?” Jicheol echoed, somehow finding the phrase to be cringeworthy.
Was that what young people said now-a-days?
You laughed awkwardly and repeated the question, but your father picked up on the way you changed your tone and expression.
Were you flattered by that comment?
Oh he was gonna have to do something to make sure you didn’t crumble under the first guy to do such a thing ever again. You would only be won over by someone who gave you the world at your fingertips with all the respect you deserved.
