as someone who is a hater when it comes to most tech, i do think dream is one of the few people that i'm okay with listening to and understanding his view point because it doesn't come from a place of evil tech company and bros™️

i feel a little silly, but, with how the election results are looking right now, i need everyone to remember to not give into doomer-ism. you are not alone, we as a whole are not alone. there is community, from local fridays for future groups to Omas gegen Rechts [grandmas against the right] to queer movements. reach out to them, go to their meetings, connect, find support-systems. reach out to those rallying behind refugees and migrants, support them, show up for them. we are not alone. we are in this together.

MunchyMC is a family and it hits me every time they hang out with each other or one mentions the other. From Sam saying that him and Punz were friends in highschool, alas they just didn't go to the same school. Or Sam calling Bad something like second dad. All the stories of Sam being there, Dream even going as far as saying that he has similar levels of loyalty to Sapnap, Dreams ride or die. How everyone views him as talented and someone they feel safe with. How George is described as the light in the room, not only by Dream but by most others, how Bad and Puffy say that he takes the edge of bad situation and takes the weight of their shoulders by joking. How he's someone Dream was a fan of before they ever were in contact. How Sam said, that George made him feel less lonely and Dream says that George is always always able to take care of him. How Puffy makes Dream feel the most loved, because she reaches out to him, checks on him when things get bad, how Bad appreciates that Puffy is there when he needs her, like the M&G Skeppy couldn't be there for. How she's fun to be around and caring and funny. How George said, he appreciated what she said, when something was going on. How they all described Hannah as someone headstrong, someone who stand up for what she believes in, in the face adversity, how she's always there when Sylvee needs her right when she calls. How Sylvee is so accomodating and sweet and how Bad loves debating with her, because it's fun, but never mean spirited, how this ties into Dream saying that she makes him feel the most respected. How she is right there with everyone, embraces them, invites them and hangs out with them. How Dream is someone Bad admires, that he puts his mind to things and he does them. How Bad is so proud of Dream and what he's achieved. How Puffy and Sam are forever thankful for the chance he's given them. How Sylvee was thankful to him individually sitting down with her and explaining things to her. Bad- how Dream was tearing up explaining that there aren't enough words, nor time to explain how much Bads done for him, taking a chance on him. How Sam said, that Bad is one of the best people on the face of earth and he'd fight anyone who'd dare to disagree, how Puffy appreciates Bad for including her, especially in her early days of the DSMP.

These are only the ones that were on the panel, Skeppy, Punz, Sapnap, Ant, Velvet, so many people who are loved, and love one another. Who've irrevocably changed each others lifes for the better.

Skeppy is such an enigma to me. Because he's sort of everywhere and nowhere, noone knows where he is or who he is with. He was at the Droncert, then lost to the oblivion again. He sometimes posts about hanging out with someone, but most days he's radio silent. His upload schedule is all over the place, sometimes he's gone for weeks and sometimes he uploads daily. I don't know to this day what the actual difference between an upload on his main and "Skep" is. He will out of nowhere whine about missing Bad, he's late 90% of the time. He's professional but in a silly way. He's the literal game master. He randomly tweets the most insane things known to man. (Still reeling from "Pride Month isn't over yet"). He's obsessed with BadBoyHalo - he thinks Bad is the funniest, coolest person. Skeppy is mechanically really good at MC, but that gets lost because he's also silly. In the middle of a stream he gifted Bad a necklace. He's given Bad over $150k, because he wanted Bad to meet up with him.

we should all calm down and talk about pmbata more, when did he decide that it be fun to call dream his dad and does bad know that he isn't only a grandfather to patches but also parker, in addition, this makes it clear dream values "Pa-" has the first two letters for names of his children. more at 5.

a while back, i was at a dinner with my colleagues at the library and we got to talk about rehabilitation and how we treat people that committed an offense and i stated that no matter what somebody did, they deserve basic human rights.

and the debate that ensued afterwards showed me 1, that everyone needs to kill the cop inside their head and 2, that people are scared to think of people who committed crimes as people - humans, because that would mean that everyone around you could potentially do something horrible.

and i wonder if somebody they care about did something bad, if they'd start making exceptions to the rule inside their head, that they start humanising a person then, advocating for fair treatment based on human rights.
