Hope this is a good pick me up! Small prompt that can go safe or nsfw, lol. E-S finds out that you can sing (or he can make you sing his name.) Sounds silly written out like that but if you drabble it, enjoy!
It is not often you are afford time alone to yourself. Being called by the Scions, to one place or the other, Feo Ul wanting to see their beautiful branch, the Crystal Exarch with messages from home…it had always seemed to be one thing or the other until you looked so visibly exhausted Ryne had bade everyone to leave you alone.
She had given you a tip of a hot spring tucked away in Lakeland, and wouldn’t tell anyone where you were going and to come back at your leisure. Packing the essentials you fly off through the purple forests, grinning as you come upon the hot springs just as she had described.
They were blessedly empty, and as far as you can tell, this high up and this late at night you should experience no interruptions. Throwing off your clothes you sink into the water, fully immersing your self into relaxation. The stars twinkle high above, and the thought of being left alone puts you in such a good mood, you hum a Doman tune that Suzaku had taught you, before eventually singing quietly into the night.
“Such a pleasant voice you have, Warrior of Light.”
Shrieking you fumble around for a weapon, finding it in the hands of the voice you had heard. Emet-Selch stands on the other side of the pool, golden eyes glowing in the dark. Blushing you dunk yourself further into the water, shrinking in no yourself.
“C-Can I help you?” you stutter, swiping wet hair from your face.
“Why yes; by continuing that song you were singing.” he says simply, staring at you as if you were not naked in the murky water.
“Well that’s all well and good but I was…bathing.” You ground out, eyebrows furrowed. “If you liked it so much why didn’t you just stay hidden?!”
“I thought your singing was worthy of praise, and while the arts was not my field of expertise, I have lived quite a long time hero.” He drones, dropping your weapon to the ground. “Though I must wonder. Do you sing in other ways just as well?” You flush under his knowing smirk, suddenly unable to look at him.
“Are you saying you’re interested, Ascian?” you glare at him with a courage you do not feel. He seems unfazed by your little display, if anything, drifts closer to the water.
“And what would you do, if I said I am?”
