My fuckass self insert I guess. Any pain you have in your life, double it and give it to Kafka. Technically he is Shou but since 14 is 7 (Shou's sinner number) x 2, I'm gonna keep him as Sinner 14.
He acts like a tough guy but he is scared out of his mind. His greatest fear is blond people. Please bully him lots.
I’ve got many thoughts on Kafka and Erin interactions specifically 👁️👁️ It is most interesting to me because Erin would absolutely hate him….
Kafka is well… a whiny kid, because his shell and vulnerable parts have just been flipped. Shou was supposed to be the safe shell, agreeing to everything and always seeking to learn, while Kafka is “I dunno.. that’s scary …” and Erin would probably hate that attitude. It’s too vulnerable and honest.
But unfortunately 😔 he’s kind of a genius. I want to write it this way, he’s been through millenniums of studying as Shou, so when he’s finally human as Kafka, even without any memory, he will blindly find his way to the right answer. It really looks like cheating. It’s like Faust with Gesellschaft. Straight up haxx if you didn’t know about his history as Shou first.
So I imagine it would really piss off Erin who works so hard everyday… I encourage violence between them O.O for scientific purposes of course…
Based on my text post about Kafka.
Thinking of Kafka from Shou’s canto and how funny it would be to have him as an announcer or permanent member on the bus… cz technically he’s Shou’s human half. But he’s like “wait I don’t remember signing a contract here GET ME OUT”. They try to make him write a log and he’s like “I’m gonna be so honest with you I have no idea what any of these means”. Honestly I don’t mind him replacing Shou after his Canto ends, he’s too funny to show up only for one Canto. Besides, the purpose of the Boy named Crow was just to protect Kafka, and once his curse is lifted, he would pass on as well 🥲 I’m just biased because I like him so much.
