okay but who would tsunade's official kage guards have been??? what about kakashi?? naruto???

bc when danzo was briefly in office, if they had more meetings after that, imagine konoha being the last one to arrive every time.

danzo and his guards would walk in, and all the other kage guards' eyes immediately zoom to danzo's guards, and they're all mentally like, "oh god, it's them." no one likes them.

1) they're weirdos and they don't really talk. especially the aburame guy. aburames are creepy as fuck anyways.

2) no one likes konoha and especially danzo so by default no one likes his guards

the kage guards is kinda like this really exclusive clique, if you think about it. like of course they all have other friends outside of it and all, but ? ??

and it's not like everyone likes everyone ( kurotsuchi @ everyone ), but they're weirdly close.

just imagine them throwing a huge ( read, kage & kage guard exclusive ) party. some other friends heard about it and want to come by? oops sorry you're going to be stopped out the door and maybe tossed out a window.

lots of wild stories come from them getting together and they could look at each other and snicker, and no one else would understand.
