❔Are the James family coded as a mixed Desi family?

evidence:

- nisha is an indian name

- jeera is actually hindu for “cumin seeds”

- kaiden is from irish/ gaelic backgrounds BUT there is also the popular arabic name kadin

- they’re also portrayed as a disciplined and high achieving family to all succeed in the same career industry (high ranking military personnel)

- both kaiden and jeera are described to have dark thick hair, thick lashes and tan skin (especially in raelia and vardaesia)

‼️HOWEVER note the use of “tan” not “brown” when noni is describing their skin and OF COURSE their blue eyes that she mentions in almost every scene with any of these characters

so likeeeeeeeeeeee i finished The medoran chronicles except for the side novels ( i will read those later) and alll my notes are under the cut if you want to read

you can see them going in different levels of detail and some is just me yapping
